Medical Recruitment Agency - Recruitment Consultant

Hello, We are a Medical Recruitment Agency working in Australia, who source doctors for Locum and Ad Hoc work. As an established company, we have hundreds of new roles every day, we need more Recruitment Consultant's to help source new doctors and place them into these roles. Experience in this field is highly desirable and a clear confident telephone manner and good English skills are a must! The majority of the day you will be sourcing new doctors, I will give you access to our premium linked in account, You will start adding the candidates that have accepted our invitation and add them to our database. Then I want you to mail out jobs to our database of doctors and hopefully, you will receive some positive responses from doctors wanting to pick up work. From this point, I will help you book the doctor and walk you through the process until you gradually become more confident and can be left to work more independently. I would like to trial someone for a 4 week period, paying a dedicated salary of $120AUD per week plus 10% commission on anything you book, after the trial period I would look at a giving you more control over the process.
