I Need A Community Manager For Our Existing Social Media Campaigns....

The role of the position is mainly to nurture all of our online communities we deal with via Twitter, Facebook & Instagram. This involves establishing and nurturing relationships with the community based on trust (the brand advocacy will follow). This person will:
-implement strategies to encourage conversations and engagement
-grow the communities
-promote the blog content
-manage the social presence
-create engaging content (with the help of the digital designer) content tailored to the EDM markets, music festivals etc
-monitor and participate in relevant conversations (if/when need be).
