Looking for an office manager - Full-time $16/hour (Can either work (5) 8 hour days OR (4) 10 hour days Monday-Friday). Duties Include: Freight Logistics: Scheduling all inbound and outbound freight shipments, BOL preparation, International shipments. Data Entry: Inputting purchase orders, order fulfillment, managing stock. Accounts receivable/payable: Overseeing the accounting department, bill pay, invoicing customers, etc. Customer Service Management: Responding to incoming customer calls and emails, answering questions, creating estimates for customers, obtaining shipping quotes for customers. Booking travel- airfare, hotels, cars, etc for team members. Management: Be able to manage office team, motivate others, keep the office running smoothly, etc. Ideal candidate will be: Detail oriented Friendly Possess leadership and Managerial Abilities Be willing to wear many hats, be a Team Player Customer-service oriented Fast-paced, efficient

I have been working as customer service specialist for the past 5 years, so I can say that I have collected really good experience and skills on how to deliver exceptional customer service and always meet the requirements of the employer no matter what. Always enthusiastic for new challenges and taking joy in helping people and meet their expectations and present my company very well. Very multitasking that I can take care of a phone call, chat and an email at the same time, however it is always best to focus only with one customer at a time to avoid any mistakes.
