Part- Time:: Business Support + Virtual Personal Assistant for a business owner - Asia Time Zone

I am a looking for a diligent, responsible, qualified and professional virtual assistant with prior experience in business support to perform a variety of daily tasks. Duties include customer service/ support, appointments, client/team followups/ tasks after meetings with clients, project monitoring & management, delegating work to others on team, project scoping - proposals, invoicing, payment follow-ups, reconciliation of accounts, exporting weekly/ monthly Excel reports from existing tools for accounting purposes, email marketing etc. Job Title: General Virtual Assistant to business owner Type of Position: Part Time (25 hrs per week) * Role is flexible, but a few hours daily over 5 days a week is expected. The role might expand to a full time position in the future. Work time Zone: Must be available Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM Indian Standard Time (GMT +530) *Actual Work hours are flexible, but phone/Instant Message/Skype availability in above hours required. Daily Reporting & Accountability: For most of the business support functions described above we use web based software tools. GSuite/ Hangouts for communication, a CRM tool, a proposal generation tool, Invoicing / reporting tool, Project Management software, Time Tracking software etc You are expected to use these tools and send a brief report daily of tasks completed/ pending and project status after coordinating with other staff. Requirements: - Must have relevant previous work experience (min 2 years) - Must be willing to follow instructions on email, phone, instant messenger etc - Must be absolutely fluent with both spoken and written English - Must be capable of fast turnaround times - Must include the line "I am the ninja you are looking for" in response to this listing - Must possess fast and reliable internet connectivity - Must work with a Project Management tool we use in-house to monitor projects - Must be willing to perform a short, unpaid skill test to verify candidacy for the position Preferred Traits: - Project Management/ Team leader skills to help deliver projects on time - Attention to detail - Friendly professional manner; capable of liaising directly with clients and other developers on team - Punctual with delivery - Self starter having the ability to take charge of tasks assigned and deliver - go above and beyond the task assigned - manage customer and developer relations effectively About Us: We are a Mumbai, India based Digital Agency , established in 2002.
