We are looking for an executive personal assistant. The pay is Depending on Experience. Great ideas and vision can override experience. (if you don't have much experience don't get dissuaded! We are looking for the perfect match and having experience is not the only factor!) We want someone who is a "hustler" ... lol Someone who is not afraid of challenges, who can learn "what needs to be done" and learn "new skills" and think "outside-the-box" or "be outside-of-the-box-while-thinking"! Some of the requirements/skills needed will be: * interactions clients and colleagues * Web presence / Video-conferencing etiquette * Scheduling and Organizing meetings * Vendor management * Internet Research Document * Organizing Google Docs, DropBox, Microsoft Office Docs, etc * Be able to work remotely (must have their own lap-top) Extras (Nice to have...) * QuickBook Experience (Accounts Payable / Receivable) * Interest in Real-Estate * Interest in the Stock Market * Interested in General Business Development * Interest in Human Resources (Recruiting) This would be ideal for college students who want to learn about: We are a minority based business!
