Our locally owned commercial janitorial services company is looking for a full time receptionist. Must be friendly, well spoken, computer savy, responsible, and have a professional appearance. We are looking for a Friendly/ happy person for our front desk. Office experience is necessary but we are willing to train the right candidate. Example of Duties: Greet visitors Assist with job application process/ assist office manager Answer phones, take messages, or transfer calls Day to Day Office Maintenance Perform data entry Copying/Faxing/Scanning Receive and distribute mail, messages and packages Perform other office/administrative duties as assigned but not limited
