Sort files by type of document We have 100,000 files that need to be sorted into two folders: 1. All Safety Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets 2. All other documents Note: A Safety Data Sheet is known as a SDS, and a Material Safety Data Sheet is known as a MSDS. Task: 1. You must open each PDF document 2. If it is a Safety Data Sheet or a Material Safety Data Sheet, you will move that file to the SDS folder. 3. If it is any other document, you will move the file to the DOC folder. 4. If you are unsure, then you will move the file to the CHECK folder. A “Safety Data Sheet” or a “Material Safety Data Sheet” will have this exact phrase on the top of the document, and will include the following sections with this, or similar wording: Section 1 - PRODUCT AND COMPANY IDENTIFICATION Section 2 - HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION A DATASHEET OR PRODUCT BROCHURE IS NOT AN SDS OR MSDS. See examples below, with file names "SDS1" and "SDS2" for SDS/MSDS See examples below, with file names "Not A SDS1", and "Not A SDS2" for an sample of what is not a SDS or MSDS document. YOU MUST SORT THE ATTACHED ZIP FILE WHICH CONTAINS 50 DOCUMENTS, AND RETURN THREE ZIP FILES WITH YOUR BID: SDS, DOCS, CHECK. You will be given access to the files via FTP, and you must upload the completed files via FTP to our server. - Your bid will be for 100,000 documents sorted. - You have two weeks to complete the entire task - We will create an escrow account for 50% of the project, and release this escrow when 50,000 files are sorted. We will then create the second escrow for the remainder of the project and release when the project is completed. - Compliance Publishing has completed more than 100 Freelancer projects.
