The pay ranges from $600 to $1500 per month based upon your abilities, expertise, experience, technology, internet connection and references. JOB: Send personalized emails, following up with calls, answering emails, swapping contact lists SALES JOB: Not really. We aren't selling anything - BUT - your job is to swap contacts and speak or email thousands of contacts and convince them to swap names. PAY: Fair compensation based on your experience, expertise and country locale. YOU MUST HAVE SKYPE: We will pay for your skype outbound calls, but you have to have an account set up we can credit. WORK AT HOME: If your home has a quiet environment. If there is background noise AT ALL - you are not qualified. ENGLISH SPEAKING (FLUENT) - You must be able to communicate effectively with USA. This requires a headset configured correctly. TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: You must have a notebook or computer less than one year old. This job cannot be done with a mobile phone only. You MUST be able to show us your connection speed, location and demonstrate a reasonably fast internet connection. PHILIPPINES PREFERENCE: While we are open to hiring individuals from any country - we have the greatest results, and respect for those working in the Philippines. You would be working USA hours (CST) You would not be speaking Tagalog - but only english. TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE: If you have outbound call center experience, it would be helpful. This is not an inbound position. Instead, it is a combination of outbound email, inbound followup and 20% outbound calls. You will be expected to send at least 125 emails a day and make corresponding follow-up. GUARANTEED SALARY: This is not a commission position, but you must meet the minimum requirements of outbound emails and phone follow-up and ultimately building our contact list or you will be replaced. PAY: We will pay you through the Freelancer system on the 1st and the 16th of each month. We do not give prepayments. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are in the process of building one of the largest and most qualified databases on individuals who appreciate crowdfunding campaigns, or pledging for products that are under development. Thus, you should have an intimate knowledge of Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaigns. It would be our job to go through all of the campaigns, identify the key contacts, email the, call them, and offer the ability for them to swap names with us on a one to one basis. TRAINING: You will receive training; however, we do not have time, or interest in teaching you how to speak English. You must be able to speak with an American accent regardless of your location.
