Create Windows audit reduction program

I'm looking to have a Windows audit reduction program/script to be made: 1) Copy's Windows Security, Application, and System logs to a specific directory for local computer, and also any specified networked computer. 2) Goes through Security log file and prints report of set event ID's that correspond to an event, with the description, user, date, time, etc. For example, there would be a section in the report that would list all Successful logins. Another section would list unsuccessful logins. One section would have security relevant object failures; etc. It would do this for any named network computer as well. Admin shares would probably be utilized for network computers 3) The report should be a .txt, HTML, or another negotiable form. I am not requiring a specific format, but the report needs to be relatively easy to view on computers that won't have a lot of programs or depend on specific programs that may become obsolete. For example, I don't want the report to be viewed on Microsoft Access. I will work with programmer to determine a solution based on their experience ,thoughts, and opinions. 4) Program should utilize a config file so that event ID's can be added/removed incase future versions of Windows change event ID's. Config file would have options like "clear logs after copy?" or "directory to backup logs to," etc. 5) Needs to work with Windows 7 and Windows 10. 6) Needs to work with both single local computer, and also networked computers on a domain together. 7) Speed of report generation should be a consideration. For example, it may not be uncommon to have 15-30 other computers that it would be looking through the security log, at 1GB each. So efficiency would need to be considered for the size of the logs and being able to handle large amounts of events. 8) Bonus: Config file will have option for the "AppLocker" log, and if configured to have it, will backup and clear the AppLocker log, and add any failures into the report. Time Limit for this project is fluid. I am more concerned with having a correctly working, well optimized program. Please plan on communicating with me throughout the process. I have a pretty good idea of what needs to be included in the reports, and the event ID's required; the above list is not all required events.
