i need the info to be converted to excell file

i need the excell file to have the following columns
model number which starts ae 10000 and go up
name of oroduct/food
description
price
category
restaurant
toppings/options
if a product has more than one price/diffrent price for diffrent size
then one line for each size and the size to be displayed in the product name
the category has to be repeated in product name
like
mushroom pie
mushroom slice
chicken cutlet hero
chicken cutlet dinner
something like this
model name desc price category store options
please include price per menu since i might need more than 150
