I had designed a project which features login screen for different type of users before this. I will use VBA code to set properties of the GUI element so each type of user can only access and modify specific area of the GUI.

OK 1) user determination vba script 2) Cascading combo boxes 3) auto number script if you don't wish to use access autonumbering which I recomend. 4) relationships set to key fields 5) The rest is design of the forms :) ... 2-3 days maybe even 1 if don't get disrupted.
