Develop an influencer Matching platfor

I am looking for a full-stack developer who is able to create a web based application for brands to get matched with influencers (for one mobile app social media) and co- create: 1. Open contest (influencers creates posts for a company and names their price, and company chooses the posts they would pay) 2. Bidding for fixed price ( companies posts a contest and chooses best influencer/ posts and awards the job to them) 3.
