Delphi XE10.3 - I need a sample FMX program that can view the MJPEG stream from the ESP32-CAM.

I'm a delphi programmer but couldn't figure this one out.
The ESP32-CAM has the standard example app VideoStream loaded.
It appears to send MJPEG video.
It opens fine in a browser with [login to view URL]
A TMS WebCore app using a TWebImageControl and setting the URL to [login to view URL] works fine in Windows.
[login to view URL] := '[login to view URL]' <- This works for testing but makes a web core web site
ESP32-CAM software can be found in the Arduino examples or at [login to view URL]
I would like the sample application to work for Android & Windows using FMX fire monkey.
I tried this code I found from a google search but it didn't work. Maybe because I'm using Delphi 10.3
