I have experience writing programs in Delphi and using MySQL databases. I can deliver a simple program that performs as per your requirement (read a fingerprint using UrU4500/5100, storing data in a DB, verifying fingerprint data against an already saved fingerprint) I will emulate fingerprint device interface, as I do not own a reader.
