Implement in Delphi 10.4 (or compatible) a VCL Windows app that has one form with borderstyle := bsNone. On the form, there are three radio buttons which define the application mode.
Mode 1: Always on top. When this radio button is checked, the app window remains always as the top most window. Including if there is something like a full screen game running. Regardless whether user clicks anywhere.
Mode 2: Always on bottom. When this radio button is checked, the app window remains as the bottom most window, meaning any window would show above it. Regardless whether user clicks anywhere.
Mode 3: Interactive. When this radio button is checked, the app window remains as the bottom most window, meaning any window would show above it, except if the mouse cursor is within the window area, then it remains as the top most window.
Hi,
I have 20+ years experience using Delphi for developing Windows desktop application.
I read your project details and made some tests using Delphi to test Window on Top / Bottom (z Order).
But I have a question (or more) about "Regardless whether user clicks anywhere".
Please start a chat to discuss your project details.
Regards,
Husam
