Mass e-mail marketing with personalized greetings and picture in e-mail

Hi,
My name is Tom and I work as a digital marketeer for a Norwegian company with about 1000 customers. I am running an e-mail marketing campaign with an offer for our customers with an old website that would be needing a new responsive site. Most of the customers experience a decline in traffic and my job is to help them realize that the need to update their site.
My goal is to send a personalized e-mail with a screenshots of their Google Analytics statistics and a price offer. I have the e-mail list in excel and all the screenshots of their statistics.
The e-mail should be a smiple e-mail with sent from my outlook account and sent individually. The reciever should recieve and open the e-mail as if I wrote the e-mail one by one.
I am looking for help to understand and manage this with a workshop.
