We are investigating building a system to manage client information for a social housing and redevelopment project. As an intial step we would like to replace several spreadsheets with a Django Admin app. From this point we would then look to develop bespoke workflow screens, some mobile workflow and potentially integration. This job is to talk to me, setup a django project and create the models and schema with annotations to make the best use of what the Django admin app offers, without any special customisation. The main entities as an example are: Client. Property. Project (tells us when a property will be built or removed). Property Offer (when a property has been offered to a client, which offer has been accepted). Property Vacancy (tells us when a property was vacant, when it became vacant, when it is expected to be ready to move into)
