C# developer with strong WPF skills

We need a C# developer with strong WPF skills to build some user controls for us.
If you are interested, please reply with a description of your programming experience, your availability (the approximate hours you can work each week), and your expected hourly rate.
We are looking for a developer to help us for the next few months (possibly more) so please convince us of your skills by providing a detailed description of your experience. You must have desktop experience and not ASP.net experience.

Must have:
- strong .NET and C# skills
