Webcam Video Audio recording windows app c# wpf -- 2

I looking for WPF C# solution to record video + video from UVC webcam to mp4. Requirements: * It should be a C# WPF form application running on windows version from win7-win10. * It should record 2 to 4 webcam Video with Audio simultaneously (Audio source from webcam builtin mic or USB external mic) using independent owned (or free/open source) API. * Recording output must at least FULL HD 30 frames/s (real time no lagging) * Should have Start Pause and Stop recording button. * Simultaneous Audio only recording (audio source selectable). * Have Audio VU meter to indicate the recording audio status. * Recording (Video or Audio) output should be in these formats – mp4, wav * Even when minimized it should continue to record in background. * Recording time is unlimited and have SSD Storage space left warning if run out of storage. * When stop recording, there is a button to burn the last recorded files to multiple DVD-RWs. * Have setting to split file to smaller one if file size too big (more than DVD 4Gb) using zip/rar archive and password and then record all files to DVDs * Webcam settings options can be saved (resolutions and encoding type selection, bit-rate etc..) * Should be able to save Webcam source so I will be opened next time. * Should work on Visual Studio * Should be able to set the save folder programatically. Prefer demo app to shows a working program that recording a Webcam to mp4 file Bonus: If you can make program run cross platform on Linux/Android let me know.
