Advisory for multilingual multicountry Drupal e-commerce website

We developed a multilingual multi country e-commerce website in Drupal 7 (version 7.72). The default language is English and the website is also translated in French and Dutch. We are also present on 3 countries (country 1: main language for users is French, country 2: main language for users is Dutch, country 3: main languages are English and Dutch). The only common language to the 3 countries is English. We run this website for few years and although content and backlinks are oriented in the language of users, English is still dominent in the indexing of Google. We are looking for a Drupal e-commerce expert with an experience in multilingual multi country e-commerce website who can advice us after an analysis. We do not want to perform a detailed audit. We are looking for somebody with an expertise in this very specific domain. References required! Preference for French speaking Freelancer.
