What you will do if you receive the job: You will receive one of the most advanced sales training courses with high-calibre professionals Staffing on sales or customer service assignments with one of the largest and fastest growing Tech companies in the world (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Philips, Zalando ...) Manage Inbound and Outbound phone requests / orders and other activities from Microsoft customers in a timely manner; Ability to provide options and outline features or product and services to gain and keep a customer; Manage sales cycle for Microsoft customers from lead identification to close; Build long term business relationships between Microsoft and business companies through a mixture of inbound and outbound phone / email activities. Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions; Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; Providing information about fashion products; Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
