Hello,
We are located in Layton, UT, and do business over the internet. We currently have a website with a shopping cart for taking orders, but we would like an ecommerce system that automatically charges cards, writes orders to a customer database which can generate invoices and shipping labels. We have four different entities which operate under one roof, but each has its own website. It would be fine to mix orders from each entity into one database, as long as they could be sorted independently of one another. Here are the specific capabilities we are looking for:
* Automatically enter online orders into a database
* Automatically charge credit cards, via [login to view URL]
* Allows multiple users (up to 10 at a time) to access to look up orders and view order information
* Can accommodate multiple companies/entities
* Allow multiple orders to be manually entered simultaneously
* User-defined categories for easy sorting.
* Run from server, with the ability to be accessed remotely, through VPN connection
* Loads quickly, able to perform functions quickly
* Automatically tracks wholesale costs on a per-order basis
* Imports data from Fedex computer to write our shipping cost on a per-order basis, as well as the tracking number for each order
* Inventory Mgmt (Tracks Inventory Levels, reorder points)
* Generates accounting reports (sales by product, business/category, time periods, gross revenue, by geography, etc.)
* Allows for the entry of commercial invoices (e.g. net 30) and tracks unpaid invoices
* Automatically generates invoices/packing slips, shipping labels (works with FedEx software)
* Sends email receipts
* Technical support and start up included, as well as employee training if necessary
* Flexible, allows for quantity pricing (e.g. 1 unit = $79 ea, 2 units = $69 ea, and so on)
* Allows the input of weight in order to calculate shipping costs, for various shipping methods (bonus - if can specify according to region)
* Guaranteed Uptime of 99.9%

Let me know if you have any questions, and approximately what something like this might cost. We are looking to spend $5,000 to $10,000 on this project.
