Hello :) I am very interested in applications to educational programs, and I'd been applying for summer school, and colleges etc. since I became a teenager. (and received offers with scholarships from different schools) I have the experience of studying abroad, and can provide information beyond application. I'd first interview your cousin on her academic backgrounds, her aspirations to higher education etc.. Having an Asian origin I understand that parents play an important role on the child's education therefore I will also talk to her parents if this is recommended. We can then look at the Universities one by one and see how your cousin's academic preference and other things match the universities. Then we will discuss what she can do to have a better chance of receiving the offer. The application deadline is about mid-March for these universities, so she will have plenty of time to realise the plans we will come out with on what she needs to do for application.
