As part of digital transformation initiatives, the client wants to revamp their new hire on-boarding/orientation process by building a Udemy course for all new hires. The goal is to make the experience more engaging and involved. Instead of focussing on what certain policies or compliance requirements are, we want the new hire to understand the why behind it.
We are looking for a content strategist and perhaps someone with marketing or user research experience to audit the current on-boarding/orientation content (videos and documents). The goal is to determine if it is the right content to build a Udemy course for the same.
Additionally, if the current content is not suitable, we want the chosen freelancer to make suggestions/recommendations to what the content should look like.
The Udemy course would be a mix of video content, quizzes, external links to articles, etc. but your suggestions are more than welcome!
