Arduino based RPM, torque from a load cell, temperature reader with calculation of power output. Has to measure up to 90,000 RPM, should be auto-calibrating and have a keyboard input plus display. Data logging to be added as future requirement. High precision requested on both RPM and Temperature readings. Has to be used in electromagnetic noisy environments and the readings should not be affected, so the prototype must be shielded. Build and delivery of two fully working prototypes needed including optical RPM sensor and 10 kg load cell.

Can you please correct data. 90,000 rpm what is it? Mechanical power means P = M * w, M[Nm], w[rad per s]. Can you tell me more about display, speed of force measurement and dynamic of speed and force and temperature. Accuracy can also be very important to make calculation. What is the communication power you need. RS232, RS485, MOD-BUS, ETHERNET I can make device on one pcb, with small touch panel, 24VDC supply, with connector for load cell, photo sensor, pt100, rs232, rs485, based on ATMEL SAM3S, and send it to Australia. regards...
