I am designing an induction charging light project for work and have a prototype made. I just cannot get the transmitter and receiver coils to link up via Inductive coupling. Any help would be much appreciated.
Further help with integrating a battery monitoring chip for the Li-Ion would be helpful also.
Please see attached power point and picture of bread board prototype.
Transmitter coil: RS Stock No. 124-4524
Receiver coil: RS Stock No. 112-0093
Kind regards,
Ben.

Hello,
How thick is the plate you glued to the coils?
Do you have oscilloscope to perform some measurments on the coil and in the circuit?
I think that your design needs some tweaks to work efficiently.
