Hi Sofia, I can make the design but using Altium Designer, I work with that because is the best and powerfull software for PCB in the market. I can follow all the guidelines and will give you a complete package with all the necessary files for send the board to manufacture, gerbers, BOM, Altium project files and 3D file for you can see the board before to manufacture. The design time will be two days for schematic, BOM and libraries (8 hours) and two days more for PCB (6 Hours).
