That board is 1) huge 2) complex 3) shittily documented. It will take 3 days just to figure out the schematic sync to PCB and make sure all electrical connections on schematic are right. (I'm joking, but you get the idea). And the current bid is the minimum I'd be willing to touch that board for.

I have experience teaching at Melbourne university in altium. Hence your project will be easier for me to complete with higher efficiency. On the other hand I have also developed 4 layer board for a cubesat for the Melbourne Space Program.

Hello, Yesterday I placed proposals on upwork for, maybe same, board but client is from South Korea. I remember that the board dimension is same as your board. If you like to route board manually I think it is almost impossible to done it in 3 days even if not sleep. If use manual placement and partially automatic routing then is possible but I never use automatic because the board never look so good like on manual routing. I am not so active here and have not stars and history but my experience is really big and on other sites I have many start what you can check.
