Need PCB design and layout for a simple board which provides power via stacking headers. We will be producing these through MacroFab and the delivery should include Gerber and part placement files. As this is a stacking header, the board size and shape should be identical to it's mate. An Eagle board file can be found here: [login to view URL] A circuit diagram has been attached with the requirements: • Board size: 2" x 0.9" • Number of layers: 2 • Male headers are 12-pin and 16-pin 2.54mm pitch • 5V DC input from a 5.5*2.1mm jack • Current requirements: 5-6A for LED connector, 2.4A for USB-A • USB-A female connector with 2.7V on D- and D+ for power to iPad (no data requirement) Bill of materials: • USB: 87583-3010RPALF • DC: PJ-036AH-SMT-TR • H1: 68000-412HLF • H2: 68000-416HLF • LED: 1771101 • R1: ERA-2AEB1131X • R2: ERA-2AEB1331X
