I have designed PCB for my clients from images of their physical boards and schematics in pdf. You may check some of them under my portfolio items. Also, I have experience in RPi HAT design, you may check it under my portfolio "RPi HAT Design" I understood you want to convert the AC signal to the logic signal. I suggest you don't need a linear regulator such as 7805 and may use PC814 instead of 6N138.
