Hello. I would make it connecting to computer by Wi-Fi, results displayed in a web browser. By the way, I made very similar device couple of years ago, using an air pressure sensor and an elastic balloon, it was pretty sensitive. The customer didn't say the final purpose but seemed happy with results. I'm an electronic engineer with about 25 years of experience, also about 7 years of experience in 3D modelling using SolidWorks. Experience with Arduino and ESP32 controllers.
