I check through your requirement and all your provided URL. I think it's require to connect to the board via serail port and do the emmc firmware loading in Uboot menu. Beside your provided environment (TeamViewer, Anydesk and VPN access), I also need serial terminal access to the board and a remote switch to power on/off the board.
