probably short-term work for HW technician

First, I'm not looking for a SW person. No programming is required. The task involves working with Ardunino radio's and misc. hardware, such as a neon-bulb, and connecting these to a small board computer (I'm using a Raspberry Pi,) which connects to a laptop or PC. Tasks include putting together and wiring the devices. Note: neon bulbs require about 100v to fire, so the system includes a simple power inverter.
