Create email rules for us please

hi, so... we're struggling with a very basic problem. I'm sure it'll take someone only 2 minutes to show us how, for someone who knows. Every day we get an email which shows the people who have purchased a product. It looks like this: A total of 12 bookings, and 20 tickets have been purchased for this option. Assigned User/Guide: Lee McIntosh Ardley, Amy (1× Allocated on Arrival) Carter Dunn, Jane (2× Allocated on Arrival) Coll, Laura (3× Allocated on Arrival) Eryuksel, Gul (1× Allocated on Arrival) Ferrell, Edward (2× Allocated on Arrival) Goddard, Teresa (2× Allocated on Arrival) Kee Ho, Man (2× Allocated on Arrival) Patoux, Liza (1× Allocated on Arrival) Ramsay, Davina (1× Allocated on Arrival) Robinson, Janet (2× Allocated on Arrival) Sloane, Barbara (2× Allocated on Arrival) Stevens, Deborah (1× Allocated on Arrival) What we want to do, is create a rule to auto forward this email to one (or more) people and include the following text before hand: hi guys, Please find the names attached for today's show. Have a great show. Best Lee & Hartmut We can't use our email (gmail) because to use their service, recipient needs to click a link first. It won't work for our business. We then set it up using thunderbird and the forwarding works but we have two problems - it won't insert the standard text (which we set as a signature) and most importantly.... thunderbird needs to be open 24/7 for it to work. So what we need is a solution for this to be automatic . So that we just set a rule somewhere/somehow using our gmail/gsuite acc and for someone to tell us what to use to achieve our goal. 10 mins work for person with the knowledge.
