I need your help immediately. I've installed Form-Maker and it appears to be collecting data in a flat file, the traffic is recorded, the 'Thank you' page is then displayed; HOWEVER, the email isn't sending. I don't know what settings I'm doing wrong. The web host is HOSTGATOR Here's the form: [login to view URL] Mail settings: [login to view URL] WYSIWYG admin for you to see what's wrong: (Will give you login on hire) [login to view URL] After getting the form to send email, can you please place it on the index page. (Replace the non-working form currently there)
