We are a chemical transpiration company (mainly HCl and NaOH), we use tank trucks for transportation. We have had several accidents (Rollover, spilling, Mechanical errors..etc) and now we want to prepare a generative safety plan that includes the best safety practices during the whole process of transportation. Also we want to know what equipment to use whether in the tank trucks or with our work staff. We can divide our requirements into the following points: - How to identify the hazard? during the transportation, what are the protocols? - What equipment and installations to be used? for chemical protections, for emergencies, personal protection..etc. - Best practices: necessary training for work staff, how to act in case of rollover accidents, chemical spilling..etc. Communication language: Spanish and English.
