I had my lanai screened in. I need two drawings by an engineer and a letter stating the structure meets today's code. My home was built in 2016. The dimensions of my lanai is: 9.3 x 21.5 x 9.3 x 21.5. The Pasco County Building Construction Service Dept. specified that I'm required to provide their office with the drawings and a letter from a engineer.

I can give you full set of plans: Foundation plan Foundation details Floor framing plan Framing details Roof framing plan and details.
