$300 Required, professional individual surveys of each of 6 building lots in Marin County, CA, USA. Total 6 surveys. Boundary and topographical survey. Look alike to USA derived surveys. 1. Use Marin County Maps website for GIS etc. data. 2. Set time aside to telephone the County and ask for information about other surveys undertaken in the Street, in the area. Identify and describe benchmarks, survey monuments based on this research. We will pay the small government fees for any reports that are available. 3. Figure metes and bounds descriptions and mark them on each property line, 4 per lot for the four edges of the lot. Show north 4. Study similar example surveys, to conform to USA and local practices, types of symbols, formal font type, presentation of text inside boxes, and create document accordingly. After this we will send to supervising engineer/surveyor for approval.
