i have plan to make prototyping small radar system as education kit as amateur .

hardware and software the hardware integration with matlab for radar signal processing in very small detail .the range will be in 5km and frequency UHF

i don't have good experience but i am telecommunication technician, but i hope give me hand to get my dream in live .I need your experience and advice ..
