Refractory Engineer to help design small kiln liner

I am mechanical design engineer by profession and graduate in mechanical engineering with PG in CAD/CAM, ANSYS & SolidWorks. I can perform almost all kind of simulation like CFD, FEA, structural analysis etc. I have expertise in many design tools like SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, 3DMax, Creo MATLAB etc. As I have engineering background with Nine years of industrial experience and very confident about any project related to mechanical engineering field.

I am an expert, I have effectively executed numerous designing errands than you can ever envision both on consultant and off consultant. i need you to be clear with this sir I have a small kiln that requires a lightweight, poured, reinforced refractory liner which can handle rapid (10-15 minutes) temperature swings between ambient to 1500F for brief periods (1 hr+) and not deteriorate. Help needed choosing the right refractory and reinforcement suitable to the application and design recommendations to ensure long lasting performance.

being working long in pellet n sinter plant i have very good exposure to refractory as refractory plays very important role in the operation of sinter n pellet. Very good analysis ability from its physical checks n chemical composition. similar refractory work done in pellet kiln.
