Job Title: Head of Transcriber
Job Description Neesh Outsourcing is an Australian business who offers virtual assistant services to clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We are looking for several new team members to join our growing team who are based in Manila and some areas of the Philippines.
As part of our team, you are a self-starter who is autonomous and treats your contractor role with energy and enthusiasm as an integral team member along with our other amazing members who work from home.
We are currently looking for a new team member to join our transcribing team and be the head of this department.
Previous and proven transcribing experience is a must, with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.
You must be able to manage the team, arrange time and workflows, communicate freely with the clients, transcribe 1 hour of audio within 4 hours in our client's prescribed formats. The use of Australian grammar and spelling is imperative.
You must be fine in front of a webcam, with an excellent microphone for our meetings.
Fluent conversational written English is a must - very important.
As you learn this role, there are opportunities to grow into new roles and responsibilities.
Previous Experience We are ideally seeking team members with previous transcribing and customer service experience in multinational and international companies with results.

Salary From 180 - 220 Peso per hour (subject to role and experience)*
