You provide IT support, customers call less than 3 times a month, (I will likely be working 2 hours per month) you need someone to answer every single one of those calls and fill a form with the request or read them an update if they are calling about a previous ticket.

I do have 3 years experience as customer service representative 2 years for an American account and 1 year for Australian account.
