I am looking for a PA to manage my busy calendar in google. The selected candidate will be fluent in English and able to schedule/reject appointments on my behalf. She or He will have access to my gCal and proactively manage my calendar knowing my meeting preferences, priorities, key stakeholders and past months. We will connect once a week over Hangout to clarify open points and the candidate should be available on European time for this meeting. I expect the weekly work to be ca. 5 hours and the work to start on Jan7
