Odoo - project adaptation of follow-up module

Hello, I need the follow up module from cybrosys changed to fit our needs. First job: The module is currently working but has one issue as a previous freelancer made a minor mistake but is unavailable to fix it. So we need that fixed. The follow up module is not respecting the initial payment terms, which means customers receive payment reminders even if invoice is 1 hour old. This is a simple job, just find the minor mistake of previous freelancer. Second Job: Adapt the module to send only 1 reminder after 2 days after payment terms are finished and than when we send out follow up mails again and the client already received 1 reminder and more than 7 days have passed , the customer needs to be added to an excel export file with certain details. Customer needs to be marked in the invoice that he is marked for INCASSO with a tickbox that can be manually set if necessary. This , so that if we send out follow up mails again this client will no longer receive any mails from us and will not be added to the excel export file. Unless we manually untick the 'incasso' tickbox. Sum up.: Customer receives follow up mail with 1st payment reminder 2 days after payment terms expired. If Reaction is pay the bill: customers pays and is marked as paid in system and that finishes all reminders. If customer doesn't pay within 7 days of reminder and we send out follow up mail again -> customer is added to excel export file and ticked as 'Incasso' sent -> customer will no longer receive any follow up reminders from us or be added to any future excel export file as long as the incasso tickbox is ticked We send out manually the follow up reminders 1 time per week as per cybrosys customer follow up module We provide the Excel template with all the customer details that need to added to the export file. We provide you our current follow up module to adapt. Odoo v14 We prefer freelancers who have read through our job posting. European times We need regularly modules adapted, we like long term cooperation.
