Build of an ERC20 token with a weekly vesting function sending to two fixed wallet addresses

I need someone to create an ERC20 token for me which has a total supply of 104,000,000 The contract needs to use a vesting function (I guess Zeppelin?) to deploy those tokens to two wallet addresses of my choosing - 95% to one wallet and 5% to the other on time intervals of one week. The contract needs to include a customisable start date for the vesting period, so say once it has been deployed, there then needs to be a function that says start the vesting period in the future at 18:00 GMT on the 23rd of July, for example… the distributions of tokens thereafter would happen every week at the same day and time. So, the tokens transferred from the start point would be 100,000 per week - address one would be 95,000 per week and 5,000 to address two. This distribution would then continue for roughly 20 years until all the tokens were distributed. I imagine this will just be a rework of some Zeppelin code, so if someone can put it all together so I can just compile it and run it that would be great.
