I need for someone to help me with gathering bibliographic references. Basically, there are two tasks: 1. Source PDF documents on a website, download them and name under a specific name scheme (theorganization - thecountry (theyear)); and 2. Enter the references in an excel sheet (organization, name, year, number of pages, country, ...).
