We are hiring for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant in a busy Vacation Rental/Real Estate office. This will be a part-time position (no more than 3 days per week...preferably Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). Pay is based on experience. Education level: High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, Quickbooks experience, general math skills, ability to multi-task, ability to meet deadlines, proficiency in MS Office (preferably Word and Excel), basic bookkeeping skills (accounts payable and receivable), problem solving skills. Please be authorized to legally work in the US and willing to undergo a background check and/or drug test. Please respond with your resume and a way to contact you.
