I got the understanding from the given project description is, you want to create an application that is continuously accessing the public information in the form of .bcp and it should convert it to excel file. My proposal : We can run a script in python that you can access the .bcp files and store it in locally for temporary and convert the files into excel files. Please Clarify Me: 1.
