Count emails by date

VBA based project that counts number of emails sent and received on a specified date. It should count all emails in all of my outlook folders on server and stored locally. Inputs and output in Excel. User inputs date in column A and the received and sent counts are calculated and placed in columns B and C respectively. User may specify any number of dates (one per row) in column A.
I'm somewhat knowledgeable about visual basic and automating tasks in Office programs, but it will take a while for me to learn how to do this project myself. I'm wondering how much it would cost to have someone else do it for me. I need this data as a way of measuring my productivity as a part of my "quantized self" hobby. It's a personal project, but it will involve my email account on my employer's servers.
