Ok you need a big system with PHP/MYSQL and an admin login with htaccess for security for internal purpose only. You can put your domain in AWS but i need ftp or SCP so i can login to it and code both database in MYSQL and PHP coding to frontend view of it. 1) You have 90 columns of the excel sheet 2) some sources may send 17 or 19 columns you told in video which will be mapped based on TAX ID 3) alphanumeric code can it be a random 8 digit number or something different than alpha numeric a0g8 etc?? 4) Duplication will be avoided and mapping with all the sources to the 1 table MAIN will be done 5) Showing it on the frontend of all the results from backend with filtering can be done too. 6) Instead of List stach on the same table it will be coming from diff table and linked with ID of main table and it will be shown as 1 table. 7) You also need import and export of datas into excel files back and forth based on the admin panel frontend i will create for you. 8) Yes if some address not exists then i will flag it and wont show in the Mailing address column of it.

According to the my experience the database should be relational. It means that main table must be divided logically and tables should be connected with primary keys and foreign keys. In my previous job I have developed desktop apps with Vb.Net on MS SQL database. I was a member of team whom developed national car registry system. The database design was also a part of our work.
